I cannot thank James for everything he has done for myself ,my husband and my daughter. We all have different health injuries and issues that the NHS had given up on. He is totally dedicated to his work and went above and beyond any expectations we had. As individuals he has improved all our lives. My husband was deeply unhappy and living on painkillers. I was at a point of having to undergo various surgical procedures and my daughter was in immense pain from earlier horseriding and car accidents. Now in only a few sessions with James we are all hopeful of a mostly pain free future. Thankyou to James for your professionalism and dedication .

Each day there’s improvement in mobility and flexibility in contrast the pain levels that are decreasing. I’m finding the whole experience with James totally amazing and fascinating that he’s giving me a new lease of life.

Cession number 4 has been a real game changer. Pain levels overall have lessened considerably most noticeably when bending forwards at 90deg. Flexibility on dance floor and gardening has improved. I’m able to stand for longer . I’m amazed at the benefits after being in pain and stressed for the past several years. Looking fwd to next session with great interest.
