Morning James, my last visit and advice you passed has been an amazing success. My neck/shoulder pain has gone from 9 down to 3. Investigations are still ongoing but my mobility has improved and you have helped me get back to enjoying life . Living with that level of pain was so debilitating on every level but now it’s possible to be occupied enough to ignore any twinges .
And the bonus is the plantar fasciitis has almost gone. I’m so grateful for help and support.
