Thrilled with my progress and old pain sites are more or less disappeared. Balance and stamina are improving steadily. However my left rotation cuff is still proving to be a problem. Despite exercising to strengthen surrounding muscles I think there’s tissue damage from a poor dance lead it’s very slow to improve.
I’m going to bring our next appointment forward.
