Thrilled with my progress and old pain sites are more or less disappeared. Balance and stamina are improving steadily. However my left rotation cuff is still proving to be a problem. Despite exercising to strengthen surrounding muscles I think there’s tissue damage from a poor dance lead it’s very slow to improve.
I’m going to bring our next appointment forward.

I’d never been to a Chiropractor before I visited James. I was a bit skeptical to be honest. I don’t understand how it works but I do know that it does indeed work. James is polite, professional and excellent at what he does. He has managed to sort out all sorts of acute & chronic issues, usually with one or two sessions. The booking system is super easy too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James to anyone!
