Each day there’s improvement in mobility and flexibility in contrast the pain levels that are decreasing. I’m finding the whole experience with James totally amazing and fascinating that he’s giving me a new lease of life.

Cession number 4 has been a real game changer. Pain levels overall have lessened considerably most noticeably when bending forwards at 90deg. Flexibility on dance floor and gardening has improved. I’m able to stand for longer . I’m amazed at the benefits after being in pain and stressed for the past several years. Looking fwd to next session with great interest.

Visited with severe discomfort in my left shoulder after just one visit the pain has eased and i had a good nights sleep.

Last week’s manipulation was a real game changer. I’m now aware of just how much tension I’ve been holding in my body for the past decade. I’m walking better and longer and spatial awareness is improving especially on the dance floor. Lower back is lessening daily and as posture improves to the extent I rarely need any pain medication. Stiffness after sitting is decreasing and dissipating quicker . Slight discomfort when bending fwd at 90deg with ache and pressure over lumbar area and site of surgery but again this dissipates on standing upright.

I saw James for muscular pain in my upper arm; he “twiddled” with my neck, elbow etc and it felt so much better afterwards, he is very thorough and professional and I always feel much better after a session with him. Thankyou

Flexibility has improved so soon after only two sessions. Neck rotation and leg strength has vastly increased. But best of all is pain from bulging disc has gone for the first time in years- really noticeable on the dance floor. Feel my mojo is improving daily.
