James has been absolutely amazing. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense. Each session is thoughtful and tailored to what I actually need — never rushed or routine.

Since seeing James, I’ve experienced a huge improvement in my day-to-day life. I’m in so much less pain and, most importantly, I’ve been able to reach my personal goal of being able to hold my daughter without discomfort. That alone has made such a difference in my life.

He’s also been so understanding and flexible — even allowing me to bring my daughter to some sessions when needed, which any parent knows can be a lifesaver.
